Belarusian Cultural Capital 2021

At the beginning of each year, Belarus chooses a city for which the next 12 months will be special. The status of cultural capital brings a colourful kaleidoscope of creative and artistic events to the city: exhibitions, book presentations, festivals, music concerts, theatrical performances..
In 2021, all this awaits the city of Borisov. And we intend to make every effort to make the platform prominent not only nationally, but also internationally.
To this end, partners Eurasian Creative Guild (London) and the Association “BelBrand » held a series of business meetings in the city of Borisov, the cultural capital of Belarus-2021. During the visit, the partner organisations learned about the potential and capacities of Borisov’s socio-cultural centres, as well as about the history and key personalities of the district.
The projects implemented by the Eurasian Creative Guild (London) and the BelBrand Association attracted lively interest among representatives of the local authorities. Prospects for expanding the programme of the national campaign Cultural Capital of the Year in Borisov through partnership projects were actively discussed, with the aim of forming a recognisable image of the city on the world stage, as well as ensuring active participation of young people in the events.
